Dr. Adejumo is our family medical Doctor since many years ago! Dr. Adejumo is a brilliant, very knowledgeable and professional physician! We are more than fortunate to have him as our primary medical care doctor! We are very grateful! Congratulations to Dr.Adejumo!

I am pleased with the clinic ,although it was difficult to get thru on the phone probably related to many patients trying to call. The clinic is bright with suiting colours. Friendly front desk staff. My doctor is Dr Gabriel and I feel , that he is competent doctor, his appointments schedule runs on time . Happy to have found a family doctor!

I went to the clinic to register because my family and I have been in Ottawa for a year without a family doctor. I waited in line for 5 minutes or less and inquired about registering a family of 4. There were 3 people at the front desk, 2 of whom were Filipinos (Miguel and Cha). They were very polite and kind, giving us all the information on how to register online, the waiting times, and the walk-in schedule. They were so helpful, and I'm glad to have met them. The clinic is clean and has 4 doctors. I hope they will call our family in less than 6 months, but in case we need to see a doctor, they are open for walk-ins with limited slots.

I've been trying to get the clinic to send my prescription to my pharmacy for days, thinking that there was an error at the clinic. The staff member named Cha from the clinic emailed and called me to verify my pharmacy information and directly contact the pharmacy. I discovered that I hadn't updated my pharmacy information after changing my family doctor. Within 15 minutes, Cha was able to fax the prescription to my pharmacy. She was very efficient and helpful. Even though everyone at the clinic, especially Dr. Adejumo, is very busy, they still do their best to assist and accommodate the needs of the patients. Kudos to Clyde Medical Centre!

I was so stressed with starting over with a new Dr for my children as their previous doctor has retired, With my youngest child being medically complex, this Transition has been so smooth. The clinic is spacious and clean. Dr. Adejumo is very attentive to his patients and extremely knowledgeable. The receptionist at the front desk is kind and provides excellent service. She used to be at Tartan and continues to offer the same level of exceptional service. She is always helpful and adept at solving problems. I witnessed her multitasking at the front desk, assisting her colleague with a patient's inquiries while efficiently handling phone calls. Chai remains calm and effective in all situations. I would recommend Clyde to my friends and family.

I visited the clinic last week and the Asian receptionist was extremely helpful. She greeted us with a smile, was very polite and approachable, and answered all my inquiries. After the consultation, she explained everything very clearly, recommended a place for blood work, and reminded me to fast. She also asked me to check all the information before leaving the premises. The wait time was minimal, less than 10 minutes. Dr. Samuel is a great doctor.
